Plastic trays to facilitate transport and cultivation in nurseries

The BTC Series from Moldeados Plásticos Alber consists of robust plastic trays designed for nurseries that cultivate young plants, ornamental plants, and for producers looking to automate their production processes. The BTC Series trays are characterized by their high resistance and stability. Thanks to their design and standardized format, they allow for automation of filling, sowing, transplanting, and plant transport operations, reducing the necessary labor. They have a matte finish and include an anti-UV additive that protects against solar degradation.

The measurements of these trays are adapted to the Dutch standard, so they combine with standard cultivation pots used in ornamental horticulture. This means they integrate perfectly into existing nursery systems, such as transport carts and cultivation tables. This series is compatible with our round pots and square pots in common formats, and some tray models are designed to slightly elevate the pot from the ground, improving drainage and root aeration.

All trays in the BTC Series are made from recycled polypropylene and are fully reusable due to their robustness. The BTC Series includes 11 models of different sizes, each compatible with various pot formats: it covers configurations for round pots between 10.5 cm and 14 cm in diameter, square pots of 7×7 cm and 9×9 cm, and even formats for paper pots.
