CVX series plastic container for outdoor cultivation

The CVX Series from Moldeados Plásticos Alber consists of round plastic containers for outdoor cultivation. The large models (CVX 20, CVX 25, CVX 35, and CVX 40Z) have star-shaped drainage with a raised grid plus lateral drainage, making them ideal for growing red berries like blueberries, and for outdoor crops in very rainy climates.

All containers in the CVX Series are made of polyethylene, have a matte finish, and feature an anti-UV additive that protects against solar degradation, making them ideal for outdoor cultivation. They are reusable.

The CVX containers from 20 to 40 liters are large in size and feature different types of drainage depending on the model, similar to the CFX series. The root of berries is very sensitive to excess moisture and needs optimal aeration to develop properly, which is why their cultivation in containers requires excellent drainage. Therefore, in addition to a container with great drainage specifically for this type of crop, we have developed a complement for it, the Drain Grille, which is a grid that adapts to the bottom of the container, combining 3 types of drainage: grid bottom, multi-level raised bottom, and lateral drains. This combines the advantages of all three: maximum aeration, substrate isolated from the ground, and rapid evacuation of excess water.

The CVX container has a large support surface, providing great stability, which is very important in long-term cultivation on white and sandy soil.

The CVX Series includes 4 models of different sizes, with outer diameters from 24.6 to 45.5 cm, heights from 19.5 to 33.5 cm, and capacities from 7.5 to 40 liters. These containers are available in stock in black and terracotta colors, and the models for growing berries are also available in white.
